Each supplier's or service provider's "Terms & Conditions" are different and applicable to your reservations along with our general "Terms & Conditions" set. So, we suggest you read and understand them carefully.
Software and content published on our website are owned or come under the proprietorship of OrbTickets or its partnered travel suppliers. Your use of such contents or software may be subject to further terms & conditions set henceforth. Our website, referred to throughout the "User Agreement" document, can be found at orbtickets.com.
OrbTickets is a negotiator or a "Travel Agent" for travel-related products and services not directly offered by OrbTickets (e.g., airlines, hotel accommodations, tour packages, etc.).
We are not a co-supplier of such travel-related services and products. Upon selecting a specific travel supplier's services, you enter an additional contract with such suppliers or end service providers.
All airline reservations are subject to modifications after their booking confirmation. Fare may increase post-purchase due to supplier or government's additional changes last minute. Hence, OrbTickets may charge you additionally to cover the cost of taxes, increased fees, forex changes, fuel surcharge, and more such events.
Accepting the "Terms & Conditions" clauses allows you to pay the charges later and authorize OrbTickets to charge credit cards for additional changes.
Any deposits or partial payments made by customers are non-refundable under any circumstances. Pre-deposit payments let OrbTickets hold reservations for you but in no way guarantee the same fares.
The airfares can only be guaranteed if the payment has been made from the customer's end and other travel documents have been issued. We will inform you when the full payment needs to be made. Your submission of the payment information through which you want to pay for your purchased service grants us the authority to process the payment to corresponding Suppliers on your behalf of you.
We reserve the right to deny personal cheques as a mode of payment. After paying the entire amount, the supplier's "Terms & Conditions" may give them access to increase the price of these arrangements. Under such situations, we will inform you about the increase as soon as we get notified of such a hike.
If we offer a travel service or package, the change in travel cost will include taxes, fees, fuel costs, and forex changes, and the fare of your reservation will chane after paying the entire amount in full.
According to our general practices, we send our customers travel-related documents via electronic medium. If any customer requests a hard copy of such documents, we, in our sole discretion, reserve the right to charge an administration fee.
Your agreement with your preferred travel supplier allows them to amend and cancel your booking. If any such changes occur, we will promptly notify you as soon as we get informed of such changes before your scheduled departure. However, we shall not be held responsible for any amendments or applicable costs that may be imposed.
According to the service providers' "terms and conditions," you will be offered options, including but not limited to accepting the schedule change or any other amendments to existing travel booking, accepting the alternative arrangement offer from the end supplier, which is subject to the supplier's terms, or canceling the reservations and accepting any refunds as applicable is based on the applied fare rules.
We shall not be held responsible for refunds, as it is beyond our purview. If you booked a flight reservation and we get notified about a significant change in schedule by the airline before the departure from the United States, we will send you an email to notify you about the schedule change.
Ensure you've shared your email address and regularly check your email before you board your flight. Schedule changes on an airline are beyond our purview; hence, we shall not be held responsible for any applicable charges which may be imposed due to such changes.
After you depart from the U.S., it shall be the customer's responsibility to check with the air carrier that any onward flights included in their ticket are showing status as "booked." We highly suggest customers contact their operating airline at least 72 hours before each flight's scheduled departure mentioned in the ticket. Please note that some air carriers must acknowledge airlines if they are willing to fly.
While booking hotel reservations, airline tickets, travel packages, or any other travel service with OrbTickets, you accept and agree to be bound by the User Agreement mentioned here. Any additional terms & conditions from the end supplier that apply to your booking or another travel service also fall under the purview.

You must pay a standard service fee and an additional supplier fee if your cancellation/ flight change request is accepted. In such cases, the passengers must directly connect with their travel agency to learn more about the change and cancellation process.
Kindly note that all changes concerning an existing reservation are subject to availability and if the fare rules allow you to make the desired changes. We won't be able to change anything if your request is too late to process.
Under numerous circumstances, the airlines won't allow name changes after booking confirmation. However, orbtickets.com will check with the end supplier for the scope of a name change. Air carriers usually treat name change requests as flight cancellations, so you may need to pay additional charges.
We highly recommend our users review and reconsider the flight sequence and itinerary as written in your reservation. For any changes in the plan that don't allow you to travel, kindly enquire about all possibilities with the airline as soon as possible before the scheduled departure.
When you don't check in with the flight or before ticket confirmation, the airline may mark your booking as a "no-show," incurring additional charges and automatic cancellation. Your reservation might get declared null and void.
When you cancel an existing travel reservation, you might receive a full, partial, or no refund, subject to fare rules applicable to your ticket from the end supplier. To process the refund request after the cancellation of a confirmed ticket, the supplier's policy for cancellation will apply with a standard fee, as written in the confirmation email and your booking receipt.
orbtickets.com may ask for your original voucher before initiating the process for a refund. Also, if you willingly cancel a booking before its balance due date, you won't receive any refunded deposits you've made with us.
Successful refund requests will reflect in your original mode of payment once OrbTickets has received the amount from its supplier (s). Under most circumstances, we cannot refund the flight ticket amount for an unused ticket. We are not liable when the supplier fails to pay the refund.
Lastly, if your cancellation request follows all the conditions of a trip insurance policy, you will successfully receive a claim amount and cancellation fee via an insurance company.
When the airline shows no reservation under your name during the flight check-in process, don't leave the counter and re-check your reservation when the status box shows "OK" for the desired flight.
As per the standard policy, the airline is solely responsible for arranging seats for passengers on the flight. Otherwise, they must offer a seat on the next available flight or pay compensation for delayed or denied boarding. For more assistance, speak to a customer service executive.
If you are facing any issues during your holiday and need immediate help, please contact the relevant supplier directly to provide better assistance. If they cannot resolve your problem, please immediately contact us through orbtickets.com. If you fail to contact us on time, we will not have permission to investigate your reported issue or complaint and rectify if there is any error while you are away, and this may affect your rights under this agreement.
The customers shall be responsible for ensuring that the details on their travel documents are accurate. If there are errors or discrepancies, it is the sole liability of the customer to notify us immediately.
Customers shall ensure that their travel documents are safe while they travel. It is very difficult to replace travel documents for theft, loss, damage, etc., resulting in unwanted hassle.
Before making international reservations, we suggest you go through U.S. Government's prohibitions, advisories, and warnings applicable to your preferred destinations. By offering travel to any particular destination, we do not guarantee that traveling to such a destination is safe or without risk.
You accept & agree that if you are staying in a country, which comes prohibited country to travel under U.S. regulations, you shall not be permitted to use our website or purchase any services available on orbtickets.com.
The customer's sole liability is to complete the requirements applicable to their travel arrangements, including passport, visa, and other immigration documents. Customers need to avail the required information from the relevant embassies based in their country of origin. We shall not be held responsible if the customer is denied boarding in case they fail to fulfill such requirements.
Trip insurance is a necessary travel arrangement to avoid extra travel costs arising out of unplanned events. OrbTickets recommends its customers buy trip insurance before heading to cover their journey from unexpected losses.
Note: In some airlines, buying travel insurance with ticket reservations is mandatory.
Passengers can buy the best trip insurance policy with us, which we provide in collaboration with trusted partners in the insurance industry. Also, note that the trip insurance fee is non-refundable.
Passengers whose origin-destination is in the U.S. are recommended to check the advice posted by the U.S. Department of State regarding all the countries they wish to visit.
Vaccinations may be mandatory for all passengers heading to some specific destination or all places operated by your preferred air carrier. It shall be the sole liability of the customer to ensure that you have availed of all necessary vaccinations before your travel.
According to some specific countries' policies, insecticide spraying has been made mandatory before the scheduled flight departure or while passengers are onboard.
According to Federal law guidelines, passengers must check the Department of Transportation's Disinsection Information page before traveling for detailed information.
According to the Federal law applicable to all reservations, carrying hazardous material onboard is forbidden and considered a criminal offense. If found violating the rules, passengers would be subjected to five years of imprisonment and a penalty of $250,000 or more (49 U.S.C. 5124).
